I have been playing a lot of disc golf in recent weeks. It is something I really enjoy and walking nearly a mile a day helps my fat burners work harder and better.
With the fat burning now working overtime I am losing extra weight which is always a good thing. I am expecting (and hoping) to drop another 20 pounds next month in June.
